Volleyball England are looking to consult with their members to get the NEXT BIG IDEA to grow the sport when it returns to action. We supported a consultation with playing, coaching, volunteer, and board members supported by the staff.
The session sought to identify new and imaginative approaches to competition and a major event. Volleyball England asked Simon Kirkland to facilitate this session through the Sport Structures online classroom. Thirty-six volunteers engaged in the session and the recorded session and notes will form the basis of an innovation group.
