Foundation of Light - Our Relationship

Outline 

We worked in conjunction with the Foundation of Light to deliver the 1st4Sport Level 2 Award in Multi-skills to upskill their staff. 

Approach 

We worked with the Foundation to explore a flexible delivery model to enable the qualification to be delivered during staff contact time.  

We provided learner and course administration and also supported the delivery and assessment of the qualification through our quality assurance strategy.  

Outcome 

The feedback from the course was excellent and staff are now deployed in a variety of environments, using their expertise to deliver fit for purpose coaching sessions in the North East.
