Pre-course Learner checklist
On the day, please ensure that you:
- Wear suitable clothing i.e. casual clothing as the workshop is classroom based
- Bring a notebook and pen to take notes
- Bring suitable refreshments (drink / snack if required)
You will be provided with a resource on attendance.
Leaner Pre-Requisites
In order to attend this workshop, learners are required to be at least 16 years of age.
About the workshop
By the end of the workshop, you will be able to:
- Identify and recognise good coaching practice and the implications for your coaching
- Explore your values and feelings in relation to child abuse, and recognise their potential impact on your response
- Recognise and respond to possible signs of child abuse
- Take appropriate action if concerns about a child arise.

Certification
Your certificate will be sent via email to the email address you identified when you booked onto the workshop. To receive your certificate via post, additional charges may apply.
If payment for the workshop is outstanding, your certificate will not be issued until payment has been received.
